At JL Dental Care we offer two dental health plans, which offer you the chance to protect your dental health for a low monthly fee.
Our dental health plans include all of your routine appointments, plus savings on a range of treatments and dental supplies.
In order to sign-up to either plan please read the terms and conditions by clicking here. Then complete and sign the online application form by clicking one of the links below for either Care Plan or White for Life Plan.
Please note that a £12 joining fee applies. New patients must attend a new patient examination before they are eligible to join.
